NAKOJI；
NAKOJI is from SEKI CITY in neighboring GIFU prefecture -
less than an hour's drive from NAGOYA but considered to be a FOREIGN
COUNTRY.
He speaks in the heavy dialect of his hometown. But, according to
him, he speaks perfect, standard Japanese and everyone else is speaking
with some strange accent!
If I start talking about his bass playing, the compliments overflow;
HIP, WARM, RELAXED, GROOVY, BLUESY, INTERESTING, FUN - GREAT!
But the thing I dig the most is that he plays music. By that I mean
he listens to the tunes as a whole and then, from the vantage point
of a bassist, picks the perfect spots to add his two cents.
Thanks to his bass our music is alive and breathing.
